ABOUT COACH JONNY
Jonny is the coach of choice for many of the countries top athletes, with a world renowned reputation for being one of the very best in his field. During his 12 year career as a strength and conditioning coach, he has helped to produce multiple world champions in both boxing and MMA, whilst also working with football players of both a Premier League and international level.
In 2023 he was nominated for the World Trainer Of The Year Award.
